Marcus Treacher
Executive Chairman and Interim CEO
Marcus has over 40 years’ experience driving innovation in the transaction banking and payments industries worldwide. Marcus has held executive leadership positions at HSBC, Citigroup, and Ripple and has served on the Boards of SWIFT, CHAPS UK and ClearBank. Marcus works with start-ups, fintechs and industry groups to help create the payments landscape that will power our future digitised world.

Phil Kenworthy
Member of the Board of Directors
Phil is an expert in Financial Market Infrastructures, Payments and Settlement having worked at the Bank of England, CRESTCo and CLS before becoming CEO of CHAPS. He is now an INED at ClearBank and a Founder and NED at the Digital Pound Foundation.

Nikki de Kretser
General Manager, Marketing
Nikki holds a Masters in Marketing and brings 25 years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the communications technology industry. With a track record of delivering revenue growth in international environments, scaling divisions of global firms including BT, RingCentral and NTT, Nikki also has general management experience, having achieved profitable growth at Cirrus via an indirect GTM strategy and helped to secure investment. Nikki is a growth marketer who partners with Sales to achieve high impact customer outcomes and thrives in cross-cultural teams.

Felipe drives client growth and strategic partnerships at RTGS.global, bringing over 15 years of experience in banking and consulting across London, São Paulo, Chicago and Bangkok. A former Partner & Managing Director at Accenture and founding Executive Committee member at Bank of London, he has shaped and executed go-to-market strategies for some of the world’s most ambitious financial institutions. At RTGS.global, Felipe helps clients unlock new markets, deepen trust and scale with purpose — all as part of a relentless focus on commercial impact and long-term value creation.

Product Owner
Swetha is a Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst with 14 years of experience in the Banking and Payments Industry. She is a delivery specialist leading and delivering the build of new products in organisations like StateStreet, DTCC and HSBC. She has been with RTGS.Global for 2.5 years and works very closely with Clients on their integration journey.

Chief Operating Officer
Dirk is a seasoned expert in Financial Market Infrastructure, bringing 30 years of experience across settlement, payment and central clearing institutions.  His career includes roles such as Functional Architect at CLS and Product Strategy Advisor at LME Clear. Dirk has been a key contributor to the development of world-class, process-driven operations across multiple key financial market utilities. His deep, first-hand expertise in risk and liquidity management across FX Settlement, CCPs, RTGSs and various payments systems makes him a sought-after speaker and industry thought leader.

VP of Engineering
Gary has over 30 years’ experience in software engineering, 15 years acquired in the financial service industry. More recently, he has focused on utilising cloud technologies to bring increased flexibility of scale, resilience and security to financial services while keeping cost under control and improving operational excellence. He is passionate about all aspects of technology, and on improving and streamlining software engineering processes to enable businesses to derive value from their products at the earliest opportunity while embracing change.

Andrea Webb
Head of People
Throughout her 25+ year career, Andrea has focused on building high performing teams and cultures. Prior to RTGS.global, she was People Director of global talent solutions group, Morgan McKinley, where she led the people strategy, helping to grow the business to nearly 1,000 employees in 10 countries through successful acquisitions and organic growth into new markets and territories. Before that she held HR roles at CLS Group and Scotiabank.

Andrew Sen
Head of Finance
Andrew brings over 25 years of experience in senior finance roles across the financial services sector, having held key positions at CLS, ICAP, Mizuho, Willis Towers Watson and Panmure Gordon. As a founding member of the CLS finance team, he contributed significantly to its development from the pre-launch phase through to its growth into the leading provider of FX settlement. Andrew has a proven track record of executing numerous large-scale finance and business transformation initiatives. He is passionate about PayTech.

Pegeman Khorsan
Chief Legal &
Regulatory Officer
Pége gained a postgraduate degree in EU Competition Law from King’s College, London then trained as a corporate solicitor in the City. Prior to joining RTGS.global, Pége held Legal Counsel roles at Pay.UK, WorldPay, the Kuoni Group and GTA (a subsidiary of Kuoni) as General Counsel, as well as undertaking a number of legal consulting roles where he specialised in the field of financial technology, digital assets and blockchain.
