Marcus Treacher
Executive Chairman and CEO
Marcus has over 40 years’ experience driving innovation in the transaction banking and payments industries worldwide. Marcus has held executive leadership positions at HSBC, Citigroup, and Ripple and has served on the Boards of SWIFT, CHAPS UK and ClearBank. Marcus works with start-ups, fintechs and industry groups to help create the payments landscape that will power our future digitised world.

Phil Kenworthy
Member of the Board of Directors
Phil is an expert in Financial Market Infrastructures, Payments and Settlement having worked at the Bank of England, CRESTCo and CLS before becoming CEO of CHAPS. He is now an INED at ClearBank and a Founder and NED at the Digital Pound Foundation.

Nikki holds a Masters in Marketing and brings 25 years’ experience in marketing leadership roles within B2B Tech. With a track record of delivering revenue growth in international environments, scaling divisions of global players BT, RingCentral and NTT, Nikki also has general management experience and is passionate about building customer-centre organisations.

A former Partner & Managing Director at Accenture, Felipe has shaped go-to-market strategies for some of the world’s most ambitious financial institutions.

Product Owner
Swetha is a Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst with 14 years of experience in the Banking and Payments Industry. She is a delivery specialist leading and delivering the build of new products in organisations like StateStreet, DTCC and HSBC. She has been with RTGS.Global for 2.5 years and works very closely with Clients on their integration journey.

Chief Operating Officer
Dirk is a seasoned expert in Financial Market Infrastructure, bringing over 30 years of experience across settlement, payment and central clearing institutions, including CLS and LME Clear. Dirk’s deep, first-hand experience in risk and liquidity management across FX Settlement, CCPs and RTGSs make him a sought-after speaker and industry thought leader.

Gary has over 30 years’ experience in software engineering, 15 years acquired in the financial services industry. Passionate about all aspects of technology, more recently Gary has focussed on utilising cloud technologies to bring increased scale, resilience and security to financial services whilst keeping costs under control and improving operational excellence.

Head of People
Throughout her 25+ year career, Andrea has focussed on building high performing teams and cultures. Prior to RTGS.global, she was People Director of global talent solutions group Morgan McKinley where she helped grow the business to nearly 1,000 employees in 10 countries. Prior to that, Andrea held HR leadership roles at CLS Group and Scotiabank.

Head of Business Development, CEE and MENA
With 30+ years in global banking and financial infrastructure, Tomas advises institutions on payment systems, settlement models, and real-time cross-border solutions. His experience spans RTGS, ACH, instant payments, SWIFT, and digital money platforms. He brings a strong delivery track record, stakeholder communication skills, and an Executive MBA from Rotterdam School of Management.

Pégeman Khorsan
Chief Legal &
Regulatory Officer
Pége gained a postgraduate degree in EU Competition Law from King’s College, London then trained as a corporate solicitor in the City. Prior to joining RTGS.global, Pege held Legal Counsel roles at Pay.UK, WorldPay and the Kuoni Group, as well as a number of legal consulting roles where he specialised in financial technology, digital assets and blockchain.
