What makes working for RTGS.global so great? The people and the culture. I'm privileged to work with so many expert colleagues, who are always supportive and generous with their time. We work in a very flat structure and hierarchy, and therefore all have the autonomy to make decisions in our roles, encouraged to challenge the norm, be open and transparent with our feedback, and show a willingness to get involved in multiple workflows and help out where we can.
My interests: Playing golf (very averagely!), spending quality time with the family and dog, and meeting people from all cultures and walks of life.
