Jarrad is a sales leader with extensive experience in the global growth of digital businesses, across both Tier 1 banks and fast-growing fintech brands. His experience extends beyond sales to include leadership roles in product and general management. Jarrad has a reputation built on customer centric strategy and the ability to scale digital propositions to maximise shareholder value, having successfully transitioned from leadership roles in privately owned businesses to senior executive roles in a Tier 1 bank.

Dirk is a Financial Market Infrastructure expert with 25+ years' experience in settlement, payment and central clearing institutions including Chief Business Analyst at CLS and advisor on product strategy at LME Clear.   Dirk’s deep expertise across FX Settlement, CCPs, RTGSs, Payment Systems, Risk Management and Collateral & Liquidity Management makes him a sought after speaker and thought leader in the settlement space. Dirk is an active member of the CPMI task force on cross border payments.

Throughout her 25+ year career, Andrea has focused on building high performing teams and cultures. Prior to RTGS.global, she was People Director of global talent solutions group, Morgan McKinley, where she led the people strategy, helping to grow the business to nearly 1,000 employees in 10 countries through successful acquisitions and organic growth into new markets and territories. Before that she held HR roles at CLS Group and Scotiabank.

Piers has worked in Product for many years, specialising in Payments, Treasury and FX at both JP Morgan and Barclays. He has a track record of successfully bringing greenfield products from concept to market at both GSIB banks and new digital banks. In his most recent role as International Payments Product Lead at ClearBank, he was responsible for the vision and delivery of the bank’s new cross-border payments and FX product. Piers is focussed on driving transformation in the payments and FX industry.

Joana is the Head of Programme Delivery at RTGS.global, bringing over 18 years of expertise in large scale transformation and programme management leadership in financial services. Joana has previously held delivery positions with CLS and the Bank of England. At RTGS.global Joana leads the team responsible for overseeing the successful execution of high-impact client projects, consistently driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Gary has over 30 years’ experience in software engineering, 15 years acquired in the financial service industry. More recently, he has focused on utilising cloud technologies to bring increased flexibility of scale, resilience and security to financial services while keeping cost under control and improving operational excellence. He is passionate about all aspects of technology, and on improving and streamlining software engineering processes to enable businesses to derive value from their products at the earliest opportunity while embracing change.

Nikki holds a Masters in Marketing and brings 25 years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the communications technology industry. With a track record of delivering revenue growth in international environments, scaling divisions of global firms including BT, RingCentral and NTT, Nikki also has general management experience, having achieved profitable growth at Cirrus via an indirect GTM strategy and helped to secure investment. Nikki is a growth marketer who partners with Sales to achieve high impact customer outcomes and thrives in cross-cultural teams.

Andrew brings over 25 years of experience in senior finance roles across the financial services sector, having held key positions at CLS, ICAP, Mizuho, Willis Towers Watson and Panmure Gordon. As a founding member of the CLS finance team, he contributed significantly to its development from the pre-launch phase through to its growth into the leading provider of FX settlement. Andrew has a proven track record of executing numerous large-scale finance and business transformation initiatives. He is passionate about PayTech.”.

Pége gained a postgraduate degree in EU Competition Law from King’s College, London then trained as a corporate solicitor in the City. Prior to joining RTGS.global, Pége held Legal Counsel roles at Pay.UK, WorldPay, the Kuoni Group and GTA (a subsidiary of Kuoni) as General Counsel, as well as undertaking a number of legal consulting roles where he specialised in the field of financial technology, digital assets and blockchain.

Marcus has over 40 years’ experience driving innovation in the transaction banking and payments industries worldwide. Marcus has held executive leadership positions at HSBC, Citigroup, and Ripple and has served on the Boards of SWIFT, CHAPS UK and ClearBank. Marcus works with start-ups, fintechs and industry groups to help create the payments landscape that will power our future digitised world.

Jim is the former CEO for Citi in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He holds directorships with multiple high-growth fintechs.

Ruth is a NED on the board of PTSB and Aquis Exchange Group, a Visiting Professor at Bayes Business School (formerly CASS), an author and public keynote speaker as well as a Top 10 Global Fintech Influencer. She is a former MD at Citi and holds a PhD in Finance.
